It’s currently low 60’s here and I have seen some leaves starting to change. What. The. Actual. Heck. I seriously can’t believe Summer is basically over and Fall is coming. I mean, Fall is my favorite season, but Summer in Coeur d’Alene (where I live) is absolute magic and I can’t believe how fast it blew by.
Today, I am going to share with y’all some Fall sweaters I have either purchased or have on my wish list! Everything is under $40, and a lot of them are Amazon Prime. I am also including my go-to protein smoothie recipe for Fall. I legit start having it for breakfast once it’s acceptable to start adding pumpkin to allll the foods. Which I think that time is new. This smoothie will satisfy your pumpkin tooth without packing on the added sugars and empty calories. Click below to read more!
Off-The-Shoulder Slouchy Sleeve Sweater||This is a Free People dupe. I have the Free People one AND this one. I like this one better for Fall/Winter because the material is thicker! Lots of colors to choose from & under $20.
Knit Cardigan || ALLLL the cozy vibes here. Perfect to pair with jeans & a scarf. This is in my cart in the khaki color and the dark gray color because I’m indecisive. Help.
Popcorn Crewneck Sweater ||Love this staple. Comes in multiple colors and goes with so many things!
Fuzzy Pullover || I have one of these and I wore it a bunch last Fall and Winter. Even into the colder Spring days. Something about fuzzy sweatshirts make me happy.
Striped Knit Cardigan || I. Love. This. A. Lot. I just love the colors and the longer length.
Chunky Knit Turtleneck Pullover || Have this in black! Looks so cute with jeans/leggings and boots. Plus, it’s thicker and will keep you warm on those crisp Fall days and transitions great to colder Winter weather.
Chunky Knit Cardi || I love this mustard cardigan. It’s so chunky and mustard is one of my favorite Fall colors! Great quality & comes in other colors!
Loose Pullover Sweater || This one comes in lots of colors & it so easy to throw on with leggings, jeans, whatever!
Teddy Bear Coat || This is so easy and cozy to throw on for a grocery run and errands. Like I said earlier.. I love fuzzy, cozy things!

Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
Serves 1
1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1/2 banana, tastes best frozen in chunks
1 scoop vanilla or protein powder (I use this protein powder)
1/2 cup (or more for my fellow pumpkin lovers) pumpkin puree
1/4th teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon also works)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup crushed ice
*Optional: top with cacao nibs (antioxidants +fiber!) and/or 1-2 tbsp PB powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more ice if desired. Sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon on top!
